1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all regions within Japan only.


2. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is placed before 4:00 PM (JST).


3. When will I receive my order?

After processing, delivery takes an estimated 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location within Japan.


4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over ¥53600. For orders under ¥53600 please check flat shipping fee of applies.


5. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. We cover return shipping with a prepaid label included in the package.


6. Can I return a product if I simply change my mind?

Yes, we accept returns for non-defective products as long as the item is in new condition and returned within 14 days.


7. How do I return an item?

Use the prepaid return label included in your package and mail the item back to us. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.


8. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No, return shipping is free. A prepaid return label is included in every package.


9. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.


10. Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes, we offer free exchanges for all eligible items. Follow the same return process, and we’ll ship out the exchange item once we receive the original.
