Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items purchased from URBANDNT within 14 days of delivery. This applies to both defective and non-defective products.

To qualify, items must be:

  • In new condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If these conditions are not met, we may be unable to process your return.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Returns and exchanges can be made by mail. A prepaid return label is included in every package. There are no additional restocking fees.

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  2. Affix the return label included in your package.

  3. Drop off the parcel at your nearest mail carrier within 14 days of receiving your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a replacement, please follow the same return procedure. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the exchange item at no additional cost.
